Posture is the foundation of health! The spinal column allows the body the ability to have strong healthy posture. At the core of strong healthy posture is a nervous system that is relaxed and has the ability to engage, respond, and thrive in a stressful world.

​Over time, our posture shifts out of its strong healthy alignment due to sudden stresses, like trauma, injury, or accumulated stresses from daily habits. These postural distortions diminish the effective communication between your nervous system and the rest of your body. The longer these shifts persist in the spine the more the body breaks down over time and leads to symptoms like restless sleep, muscular pain, organ dysfunction, poor concentration, fatigue, poor coordination, digestive issues, headaches, and much more!​

​Dr.​ ​Alaina​ ​Gelineau has​ completed​ ​extensive​ ​training​ ​in the​ ​specialty​ ​of​ ​Spinal​ ​Biomechanics​ ​and​ Corrective​ ​Chiropractic​ Care​ ​through​ ​certifications​ ​in Chiropractic​ ​Biophysics.​ ​Within​ ​the​ ​field​ ​of​ ​chiropractic,​ ​Chiropractic​ ​Biophysics​ ​is​ ​the​ ​leader​ ​of evidence-based​ practices​ ​and​ ​provides​ ​our​ ​center​ ​with​ ​the​ ​tools​ ​necessary​ ​to​ ​provide predictable​ ​and​ ​lasting​ ​change​ ​for​ ​our​ ​patients.

I started care with Dr. Alaina originally for pain and limitations with driving. Since starting corrective care my daily life is better! I still feel occasional soreness but with fewer limitations.
